Neuromodulators
(Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau)
What are Neuromodulators?

Neuromodulators, like Botox, are injectable treatments that use tiny doses of Botulinum toxin as a peripheral neuromuscular blocking agent to treat “Dynamic wrinkles,” or wrinkles caused by muscle movement. They work by blocking the signal from the nerve to the muscle, thereby preventing muscle contraction. The result is a smoother, more refreshed look with fewer wrinkles.
What areas of the face/body can neuromodulators treat?
Upper Face
-Frown lines (AKA 11 lines)
-Forhead lines
-Crows feet (wrinkles around the eyes)
-hooded eyes/eyebrow lift
Lower Face
-Masseter muscles (jaw angle) for TMJ pain, teeth grinding.
This treatment can also slim the lower face
-Lip flip
-Chin (to prevent dimpling)
-Downward going corners of the mouth
-Platysmal bands in the neck
Body
-Armpits, palms, hair line (for excessive sweating)
Treatment with neuromodulators typically lasts 3-4 months, depending on the client and the specific area treated.
Many patients often have questions and concerns regarding safety, side effects, and expectations. The best way to settle these is with an in person consultation with one of our injectors. They will be able to customize a treatment plan for your individual needs and answer any questions you may have.
Dermal Filler
Dermal fillers are injectable gels that are typically made up of hyaluronic acid (HA). The HA acid found in dermal fillers mimic the naturally occurring HA produced in our body.
Fillers are used to add or replace volume in certain areas of the face. They can be used to enhance lips, contour cheeks and jawline, soften nasolabial folds, or refresh the under-eye area.

There are a variety of fillers, each with specific indications. The filler we choose is based on the clients individual needs and the area to be treated.

Dermal Fillers typically last anywhere from 6-12 months, depending on the client and area treated.
